Samantha is an Oscar nominated Film Producer with a track record of film production that spans over two decades.

Samantha began her career with the BBC, working on productions including 'Absolutely Fabulous' and 'Extras'.

In 2007 Samantha moved to New York to study Filmmaking at The New York Film Academy. There she went on to work on James Marsh’s Oscar winning film 'Man on Wire'.

Back in the UK and inspired by her time studying at NYFA in Union Square, Samantha set up her production company Union Pictures and Produced her first short film 'Wish 143'. The film won multiple awards including Palm Springs International and was nominated for an Academy Award in 2011 for Best Short Film.

Working in both the independent and studio film sector, as well as international and domestic HETV, Samantha has served as Unit Production Manager on feature films including Steven Spielberg’s 'The BFG', Paul Thomas Anderson’s 'Phantom Thread' and Matt Reeves’ 'The Batman'. She served as Executive Producer on Guy Ritchie’s 'The Covenant' and as Producer on the Sonic the Hedgehog spin-off series 'Knuckles' for Paramount+.

Samantha's forthcoming TV series, 'The Nosey Parker Mysteries' based on Fiona Leitch's best selling novels, is in development.

After graduating with a first class honours BA in Film, which included a year’s study at UCLA, Cydney began her career in the production department at MPC. In 2018, Cydney accepted a position as a Junior Project Manager developing creative content, including international documentaries and short films. Since 2020, Cydney has worked in scripted production both in the independent and studio film sectors, including Sam Mendes’ 'Empire of Light' and Emerald Fennell’s 'Saltburn'. She joined Producer Samantha Waite at the end of 2022 as Executive Assistant for the Paramount+ HETV series 'Knuckles'.
